Week 3: Good and Bad Communication
Goal
The goal of this session to give the students hands-on experiences about what should be discussed and managed so a team can work well together. The students will also learn about different techniques and methods to discuss and make decisions as a team.
Expected Results until this Week
We will discuss expected results during the class on this week. So please make sure to be prepared! More about penalty and bonus points- Which team you are in? You have to have an almost sure idea of which team you are in, and why.
- Which are the top 3 project ideas with your team? Your team should have a clear favorite, and disliked ideas, which you should be able to justify.

Homework is mandatory
We will not solve or do all the tasks during class time. Homework is mandatory and a major part of your learning.
If the students have not done the homework, you must make them do it now. The students' GitLab address is https://git-okt.sed.inf.szte.hu/.
- Create a GitLab group for your team. The name of the group should be the same as your team name.
- Create a GitLab project for your team. The name of the project should be the same as your project name.
- Add all your team members and the tutor to the GitLab group.
- Grant the tutor Owner permissions in the group.
