Goal
By the end of the week, students will have explored each other’s strengths, working styles, and motivations, and used this understanding to organize themselves into balanced teams with clear roles and shared expectations.

We will discuss expected results during the class on this week. So please make sure to be prepared! More about penalty and bonus points- Which of your DUMB or SMART goals are similar to others'? You should discuss, compare, and syntehsize each other's goals.
- Which project ideas are pleasing to you? Why? You should have a clear favorite, and disliked ideas, which you should be able to justify.
