Personal, Face-to-Face Contact in Class is Preferable

If you have a question about the course, please ask it in class. Classes are meant to be interactive and we encourage you to ask questions during the lecture. This is the best way to get immediate feedback and clarification on any topic.

The tutor usually stays after class to answer questions. If you have a question that you rather not discuss in public, please feel free to approach the tutor after class.

Contact via Email and CooSpace is Possible

As a last resort, you can contact the tutor via email or CooSpace. However, please keep in mind that email is not the preferred method of communication for this course. We encourage you to use it only if you cannot ask your question in class or after class.

The tutor may choose to answer your question in class, so please be aware that your question may be shared with the entire class. This is to ensure that everyone benefits from the answer and to foster a collaborative learning environment. And also to avoid unnecessary back-and-forth communication that can be time-consuming for both you and the tutor.

Tip

Feel free to politly remind the tutor or ask further clarification in class if you feel that your question was not answered to your satisfaction. The tutor is there to help you learn and will be happy to assist you further.
